CASA VELETA - literally the house of the weather vane - is a delightful modern detached villa, with private pool,
built in the traditional Ibecencan style on a secluded wooded hillside. Approached by a private road (car hire is recommended) the villa
offers stunning panoramic views over the valley and across the sea to Formentera.
The house is about 4 km from the friendly town of Santa Eulalia, with its shops, restaurants and marina, and about 1.5 km from the beach at Cala Llonga. Ibiza's golf course and a tennis club are only a short drive away. Ibiza town, the picturesque walled capital, is 9 km to the south west.
The main house has a spacious living room opening onto a verandah from which you can enjoy the well-kept garden and fine views of the sunset over the Ibiza hills.
There is a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, a dining room, two double bedrooms (one en suite), one twin bedroom and a second bathroom. The villa also has satellite television, a sound system, payphone, microwave, and washing machine.
The swimming pool is surrounded by ample terracing with sunloungers, barbecue, and an outside shower. A separate covered open-air dining area with tiled table, seating and bar, overlooks the pool. At the far side of the house there is a secluded terrace with a pool table.
For low season visits, the villa is centrally heated.
